NL: Een tijdje geleden deelde ik de behind the scenes fotos van een fotoshoot voor  Luxury Fk had or Princess hair extensions. Ik had een shoot in oktober en eentje vorige week, De officiele foto's van de eerste shoot zijn binnen! Ik vind ze mooi geworden, dus ik deel vandaag een aantal van de foto's met jullie. Ik vind vooral de before/after foto goed gelukt. Niet omdat mijn eigen naar nou zo mooi is, maar omdat het verschil met de extensions in zo goed te zien is! De set die ik hier droeg is de 260gr set in Chesnut Brown. OUTFIT | TIMBERLAND STORE OPENING PARTY

ENG: My sis Amber and I went to the Timberland store opening party yesterday. I have to sort out the photos yet, but I did post a collage of the event on Instagram already. My sister and I stopped on the Dam in Amsterdam to take these outfit photos... It was getting darker outside and the light was perfect with the Christmas decoration behind me! 

Since it was an event for Timberland, we figured dressing up in cute dresses and high heels would not have been appropriate, so instead we both went for a casual look:) I wore my New Look cardigan from the previous post again, since it is the perfect replacement for a light jacket. I wore my new checkered scarf from Primark that was so big, I wrapped it around me when it got colder during the evening. I'm off now to get my fake tan on, I've got a photoshoot tomorrow! Exciiiiiiting....

REVIEW: ETOS SKIN SMOOTHING PRIMER

Etos Skin Smoothing Primer is a transparant primer that promises to make the skin look and feel smoother, it conceals blemishes and it can be used after your day cream, just to make your skin look smooth and radiant. But us girls will probably use it as it is meant to be used: as a base for your make up.

The product is packed in a pump bottle, which I think is better because that is the most hygienic way to keep bacteria out. Besides, one pump gives you the exact amount you need for your entire face.
I like to use this after my day cream, it only needs seconds to dry and so does my day cream ;) Then I apply my make up like I always do. Usually, I need to fix my make up within a few hours because I get a shiny forehead or nose, and sometimes it gets smudgy. Since I've been using the primer the foundation lasts ALL day and I hardly have to do anything anymore to keep my make up pretty.

Doing my make up is even more fun! I wanna go for dramatic smokey eyes, bold lips and perfect blusher every day now, not just for a party. I know my make up will last all day when I use the primer, it really does make a great difference.

Tip: if you're using a lipliner like me, also apply some primer on your lips. The lipliner will stay on perfectly!

I wore my new Sacha shoes: cute leather espadrilles! If there's one trendy shoe right now that I love, it's got to be the espadrille. This one is black, but with different kinds of leather so it's still a nice contrast. I've been wearing them a lot lately, because they basically go with anything and they're very comfortable. ENG: Hi! I hope you're all well! I'm back with a new outfit to share with you guys... As you probably know I absolutely have a thing for clothes with fun quotes on them, like beanies and sweaters. I came across this hilarious BATOKO sweater and I just loved it! BATOKO is a fun British label, but they ship worldwide so that is great. Another thing that's great is that I literally got my sweater within just one day! Talk about fast shipping:)

It's still pretty warm here in Holland, so I didn't have to hide my fun sweater under a big coat. I combined it with a leather vest, ripped jeans and my slip ons. What do you think of this look? 

HAIR | LUXURY FOR PRINCESS CLIP IN PONYTAILS

ENG: Just when you think it can't get any better, it does! Luxury For Princess keeps the amazing products coming. I've got a straight ponytail and  curly one, but both are 100% human remy hair, so you can style them how you like it. They're both 22 inches long, super full and easy to attach. This literally took me a few seconds. There's a clip on the ponytail that you clip on top of your own ponytail. Then you wrap the velcro strap around to secure the clip in ponytail and you then have to wrap the loose string of hair around to conceal the velcro strap. I simply pinned the end of that string of hair in place with a bobbypin, and that's all it takes! They're not heavy at all and they conceal my own hair perfectly. NL: Net als je denkt dat het niet beter kán, komt  Luxury For Princess weer met een geweldige uitvinding. Ik heb een stijle en gekrulde variant van de clip in staart. Ze zijn beiden 100% menselijk Remy haar dus ik kan ze alsnog krullen/stijlen hoe ik dat wil. Ze zijn 22 inch (55 cm) lang en super vol! Ik maakte wel eens een hoge staart met mijn gewone clip in extensions; op een gegeven moment werd dat zwaar. Deze staart voel ik echter totaál niet zitten. Ik heb ze binnen 1 minuut aan mijn eigen staart vast gemaakt door het schuifje aan de bovenkant over mijn eigen staart heen te schuiven. Dan draai je met het klittenband stukje om je staart heen zodat het vast zit. Dan zie je natuurlijk nog wel dat er wat zit; dat lost je op door de pluk haar daar omheen te draaien en vast te zetten met een schuifje. Ik heb dit allemaal gefilmd, maar het kost te veel tijd om het nu nog te editen en te uploaden, maar de video komt snel online! Ik ben benieuwd wat jullie van deze clip in staarten vinden♥

Today I have something very cool to show you lovelies: a soak off gel nail set from Madam Glam! I was very excited to try this product because I haven’t tried gel nails before, let alone do it myself! Madam Glam Soak-Off gel polish is a 3 step gel polish, so you will need the base, color and top gels. I got the cutest baby pink color ever called Angel Wings♥ According to Madam Glam you can use any UV or LED lamp to cure; cure times are 2 minutes for UV and 30 seconds for LED. I got an UV lamp with my set so my cure time was 30 seconds. The lamp switches off after 30 seconds so you'll cure the gel for the right amount of time!

Application: Application of these polishes is an absolute dream! The base gel is very easy to work with, it goes on thin and smooth. Since I have false nails and I apply them myself, sometimes the transition of my false nail onto my natural nail is visible when wearing normal nailpolish. When I applied the bsae coat the surface of my nails was soooo smooth! The gel color itself is a little thicker but also applies smooth and easily. Go for a thin coat, as on the first nail I didn't and it did not fully dry.  The top coat is like a thicker version of the base gel, it goes on very smooth and glossy and it is the shiny finishing touch to your gel nails. Unlike some random gel nailpolishes, this topcoar dries to a hard and shiny finish! I noticed that it really keeps my false nails in place!

Removal: The gel polish should be able to stay on for up to 4 weeks, but as I wanted to do a full review, I removed the gel after a week to try and see how that goes. I roughed up the surface of my nails to break the seal and then used acetone for removal.  After 10 minutes of soaking it was easy to push the gel polish off! I forgot to take pictures of the removal process, but it was super easy:)

ENG: whereas lots of bloggers have been seen with comfy shoes like slip-ons and loafers, I'm going for a slightly different version: boat shoes! Ik vind ze echt super schattig en ik denk dat ze nog een beetje onderschat worden. Bootschoenen zijn absoluut niet meer alleen voor op de boot! Dat laten ze zien bij  chatham.co.uk. De schoenen die ik heb zijn helemaal navy blauw met schattige kwastjes. Zowel de binnen als buitenkant is helemaal leer en daardoor lopen ze als slofjes!
