Surely mauve is the new trend color, but isn't baby pink just like a lighter version of mauve? I've been wearing a lot of rosegold en baby pink lately, simply because it always matches my nude/pink nails and accessoiries! I have a few new items to show you, so I decided to make this an Instagram inspiration post. Never done one of those here on BLES Magazine, so there's a first time for everything!
In this first photo above I am wearing a Vero Moda jacket that I have not worn in too long, simply because I forgot I had it.. that's one of the down sides of having a big closet, oops! I combined it with a sparkly tee, shiny pink nails and my Melano rings. The rest of this look was soft pink and grey.
Here we have one of my favorite pairs of sneakers at the moment; pink runners from Elise Store! I wore these with a baby pink tee, black leggings, a denim jacket (also from Elise Store) and my rosegolden Michael Kors watch. This is my favorite go-to look, just sneakers, leggings and an oversized jacket.
But sometimes, when I'm feeling a little more fancy, I'll go for high heels and a fancy bag with a hint of pink. The blouse and and bag were the exact same color, which I always find so pleasing! I love matchy-matchy items.
How adorable is this pink ruffled blouse from Elise Store? I'm afraid it is sold out but the white version is still available. I wore this with the same pink runners and of course a nude lip and nude nails.
Here's a better look of the nude pink nails. My favorite color! It's actually a mix of a few nailpolishes, as I often find nude colors too warm or too beige for my skintone. The bracelets are from Primark!
Another new item from Primark is this satin pink hat! I've been wearing it a lot lately, as it is the perfect way to conceal a bad hairday. The jewerly must look familar by now, as it's what I've been wearing most lately!
When the weather was still a little blaaahh last week, I wore this pink and black look. Again, sneakers from Elise Store. The bag is a Michael Kors Tricolor bag, which matched perfectly with my baby pink fluffy sweater and pink nails.
Last but not least. this look I wore this week when I went out for lunch and some shopping. I wore new velvet pink sneakers and the satin Primark cap, while I kept the rest of my outfit plain black.
